This year, the focus of the SAN Gathering moves to the Impact Hub in Digbeth in the heart of the Social Enterprise City, Birmingham on Wednesday 16th October 2019.
We will welcome SAN members, Auditors and members of our partner organisations to provide an opportunity for connection, reflection, planning and shared learning.
The Gathering will include:
- Facilitated networking
- Keynote ‘state of the sector’ speaker
- World Café session, engaging with members and partners around the barriers and benefits of Social Accounting and what SAN can do to help
- Practical workshops or masterclasses facilitated by SAN Directors
SAN is pleased to welcome Liz Tapner or SELNET Lancashire – the 2019 UK’s most influential woman in social enterprise as our keynote speaker.
Liz is the driving force behind Selnet and has been responsible for developing it into the major infrastructure organisation that it is today.
A chartered business adviser and business mentor, she has extensive experience of business support programmes having worked for, and with, local authorities across the North West throughout her career. She specialises in finance and accounts and is able to support clients in all aspects of financial planning.
